Glimmers birthday celebrations

I am in various groups on various apps for folks with chronic illnesses. One of the subtopics we touch on often is the notion of glimmers.
A glimmer is the opposite of a trigger. It is a moment where you can feel joy and peace, even if only briefly.
We can intentionally build glimmers into our day to help us get through. Some people will do art, music, or simply take a quiet moment with a cup of tea.
Glimmers can also be used as a tool. To get through difficult moments, we can either pull up a memory if glimmers, or actively take steps to create a glimmer.
Coloring can be a glimmer!
I'm in three different groups focused entirely on glimmers. We share photos of stories of our glimmers. They are some of my favorite groups.
At least two people in those groups are celebrating birthdays today, and so part of creating a glimmer for me, was to draw a coloring page for them.
The other part of this glimmer, for me, is sharing this page far and wide.
