Trans Day of Visibility: Spreading Love and Support

To all transgender folks reading this, I want you to know that you are loved, you are safe, and you are supported. You are not alone.

Hello loving souls,

Today marks a significant day: Trans Day of Visibility. I am a cis-het woman, but I can't let the day pass without expressing my unwavering support for the transgender community.

Trans Day of Visibility is a day to recognize the trans folks in our community, and their courage, strength, and unwavering commitment to living their truth authentically and unapologetically. It's a day to stand in solidarity with our transgender kin and to let them know that they are loved, valued, and cherished just as they are.

For far too long, transgender individuals have faced discrimination, violence, and marginalization simply for existing. I refuse to stand idly by while our transgender siblings are denied their basic human rights and dignity. Instead, I stand up and speak out.

This is a safe space for all people. It may just be a simple coloring page site, but I hope it can brighten some folks' day.

To all transgender folks reading this, I want you to know that you are loved, you are safe, and you are supported. You are not alone. There are people like myself who are here to stand by your side, to lift you up, amplify your cause, and stand up to bigotry.

As a coloring book designer, I believe in the power of creativity to create connection and to foster a sense of community and belonging.

To that end, I have a gift for you. It's a download, and all you need to do is click the link below to what it.

This free printable PDF adult coloring page can be printed off as many times as you wish. No need to credit me or link to me. I only ask that you do not modify or resell the image.

Some ways to use this mandala coloring page:

  • Print out a copy for yourself. Color it. Maybe even frame it. Display it prominently so anyone coming into your space knows you are safe for them.

  • Print out a copy for someone in your community. This kind of gift shows that you want them to know they are safe with you.

  • Print out several copies and leave them out with crayons. This invites people to both engage their creative mind as well as reflect on the message. It also helps people know your space is a safe space. This is especially necessary in medical waiting rooms.

If you color it and do want to share, I'd be tickled to see. Pop me an email or find me on my socials.
