By visiting our site and/or purchasing digital downloads, coloring pages, journals, or merchandise from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

2. Digital Goods & Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this website—including but not limited to hand-drawn illustrations, coloring books, printable PDFs, digital stickers, notebook covers, fillable journals, text, graphics, and logos—is the exclusive intellectual property of Jewel Goodwin and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

  • Personal Use Only: All digital downloads, freebies, and printables purchased or acquired from this site are granted to you under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, distribute, resell, share, lease, sub-license, alter, or exploit any of our digital files or artwork in any form, digitally or physically. You may not upload our files to print-on-demand websites, file-sharing pools, or use them for commercial teaching/workshops without explicit written permission from Jewel Goodwin.

  • No AI Training: Under no circumstances may our hand-drawn artwork, patterns, or lines be used to train, feed, or generate artificial intelligence (AI) models.

3. Online Store Terms & Deliveries

Our store is hosted on Squarespace, providing us with the e-commerce platform to sell our digital downloads and merchandise to you.

  • Instant Delivery: Digital products are delivered automatically via download links sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is entered correctly.

  • Download Limits: Download links may have expiration windows or download caps set by the platform. We recommend saving your files securely to your local device immediately upon receipt.

4. No Refunds or Exchanges on Digital Goods

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital files (PDFs, PNGs, digital assets), all sales of digital goods are final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been purchased or delivered. If you experience technical difficulties downloading or opening your files, please contact us at drawnbyJewel@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you.

5. Third-Party Merchandise

Physical products (such as T-shirts, mugs, and cards) available through our Merchandise section may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party printing partners.

  • Variations in color, alignment, and print textures are normal characteristics of custom merchandise manufacturing.

  • Returns or exchanges on physical merchandise are subject to the policies of our fulfillment partners and are restricted to manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit.

6. Freebies & Newsletter Subscription

By downloading any promotional "Freebies" or sample packs from this website, you acknowledge that you are requesting email delivery of a digital asset. During this process, you may be opted into the Drawn by Jewel email newsletter. You have the right to unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the link provided at the bottom of our emails.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure our product descriptions and preview images are highly accurate, we do not warrant that product descriptions, sizing guides, or printing dimensions are completely error-free. Note that some designs originally drawn in a square format may print with white bars at the top and bottom on standard 8.5" x 11" paper, as outlined on the product page.

8. Limitation of Liability

Drawn by Jewel, its owner, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our digital products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, file corruption, software incompatibility with digital planning apps, or printing errors.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of British Columbia.
